shutterstock_128072579Because of the increasing number of disabled younger adults living longer and older people needing care, adult social care demands are growing and as such, so are its needs. There is a significantly increasing demand for local authorities to provide the appropriate facilities for these growing populations through care homes, housing for older people and other accommodation.

The requirement to create purpose built and/or improve existing accommodation is driven by the need to meet the demand for care housing; improved customer service; reduced operational costs; contained adult social care costs; and reduced under occupation of family housing.

We work with local authorities to identify solutions and opportunities for generating capital and revenue income so that a development is self-financing and/or generates additional surplus funds.
