We work as a developer, purchasing land or property to deliver public benefit. We offer market value for land – evidenced through an independent valuation – while also providing a response to a particular local challenge.
Where we purchase land, we are also able to offer ancillary services funded through the value of the land, where additional capacity or expertise is needed by the land-owning body to drive forward associated parts of the project.
As a developer we identify and take options on private sites, and use our significant skills and expertise to take the sites through the planning process. At this point depending on the value and options available we will either flip the site or take a share in the development. We can also support developers on the planning process.
