This means buildings are often unsuitable, not fit for purpose, failing to deliver on policy requirements and not serving the local community adequately.

We work with schools, local authorities and other public sector landowners who want to use their land to generate investment for their buildings. This is driven by a need to address the challenges and limitations caused by buildings that are either unsuitable and not fit for purpose, and/or are reaching the end of their lifespan, with associated high maintenance and running costs. For schools the need to expand pupil places is also a key driver for investment in their buildings.
