Cornerstone was founded by Tim Byles in 2011 to deliver innovative and value for money solutions to complex public policy and public management problems. Based on 30 years experience of working in and leading public sector and governmental organisations, Tim set up Cornerstone to fill the need for bespoke services, fairly priced, delivered by people who were in it for the outcomes and impact they wanted to have.
Our culture has developed from this vision. The public sector’s objectives are complex and demanding and achieving them often requires additional high level technical skills, backed up by strong relationships and policy understanding.
