Cornerstone Assets advised Abbey College on the viability of a new school project to deliver significant improvements to by co-locating a school and college on the same site. We built a financial model to establish three commercial options for the project balancing commercial and social returns. This was informed by soft market testing with potential developer/investors. We prepared an education brief to capture the project objectives and requirements. We also carried out stakeholder dialogue with local community groups, private landowners, local authorities, the Education and Skills Funding Agency and the Department for Education.
